Who We Are

Kasese Nail and Wood Industry Ltd (KNWI) is a Civil and Mechanical Engineering Contracting firm and manufacturers of Quality Timber, Steel and Concrete products. Since its incorporation in 1982, KNWI has developed experience in these fields and is capable of handling most fair sized contracts in Uganda.

On inception, the company started with two major products, wire nails and furniture, but gradually diversified into construction of buildings, roads and bridges and more recently into quarrying. KNWI is a wholly Ugandan owned company founded by Eng. Emmanuel Nsubuga (RIP)
